DRAWING BASIS
DRAWING’S ORGANIZER:
1. Drawing’s organizer is Ronda Hotels, with CIF B92743533 and head office in Marina Street nº 5, Postal Code 29400 Ronda (Malaga). Ronda Hotels convoke the following drawing, where everyone who has the established requirements in the conditions could participate. People who underwrites to Card Ronda Friends service of Ronda Hotels agree with the specified conditions of use in this link.
HOW PARTICIPATE:
2. In the drawing could participate every users who declare that he/she is legal age (over 18) and has not any kind of relation with Ronda Hotels and who underwrites as Card Ronda Friends users or who makes a booking through our web www.ronda-hoteles.com. The reward is the same for both drawings, and for participate you must obey the following requirements:
A totally free weekend drawing for two people with bed and breakfast in Ronda Hotels: Ronda Amigos users will participate or anyone who books any of our offered services through our website www.ronda-hoteles.com.
3. It is possible to participate in the drawing since June 15th 2006.
4. The drawing’s territorial limit is Ronda.
5. The drawing’s winner will be designated by his Card Ronda Friends number or by the number of his booking.
6. The drawing will be realised among everyone who has participated through the website www.ronda-hoteles.com by means of which the election of the winners is made by means of the number of its Card Ronda Friends or the number of its reserve on line, reason why it is guaranteed the absolute objectivity and guarantee of the allocation of the reward.
CELEBRATION AND NOTIFICATION:
7. The drawing will be celebrated since June 15th 2006. The winner will get in contact with Ronda Hotels through a telephone call, a fax or an e-mail. The two reward winners´ will be notified through the link NEWS in our website www.ronda-hoteles.com. Ronda Hotels has no obligation to inform the winners through any other way in besides mail. If the notification is sent to an incorrect
e-mail address, the winner will be disqualified.
8. Winners will be able to transfer their reward to any previous grater person over 18 years old notification to Ronda Hotels. By this way the winners or the people to those who have transferred the reward will be able to invite like companion to one second person without limit some of age. The names of the winners of the rewards and their companion will have to be confirmed to Ronda Hotels at the moment of the reward’s acceptance. Los ganadores podrán ceder sus premios a cualquier persona mayor de 18 años previa notificación a Ronda Hoteles. Ronda Hotels reserves the right of not giving the reward if the facilitated personal data do not agree with the data of the DNI at the moment of the delivery of the reward.
9. Before giving the reward, Ronda Hotels will be able to send to the winners a sworn declaration and document of unloading of responsibility that winners will have to sign and to give back in a term of 15 days as of the reception date. In the case that the winner has not given back this declaration sworn signed in the term previously mentioned, Ronda Hotels will disqualify it and select to another winner.
10. Ronda Hotels will not deliver the economic value of the total reward or any of its parts to the winner.
11. The employees of the group Round Hotels and all its respective branches will not be able to participate in the drawing
REWARDS:
12. The reward is two weekend nights for two people, with bed and breakfast in any of Ronda Hotel’s establishment. The date of the enjoying ESTANCIA will be decided between the winners and Ronda Hotels, according to the availability of rooms in the offered hotels.
13. The reward only include what has been said in base 12. All additional expenses by uses or consumptions different from specifically including in the prize, they will be exclusive responsibility of the participant.
GENERALS:
14. In the case in that some dispute existed on the identity of a participant, it will be solved in favor of the holder of the account of electronic mail that was used to participate in the drawing. On the other hand, if the winner provided incorrect information that he does not allow giving the prize, it will lose the right to the reward. Ronda Hotels will not take responsibility of any substitution of personality or deceit.
15. At the moment of accepting the reward, the participant accepts that Ronda Hotels, companies of their group and his respective branches use their name or image or picture with advertising and promotional aims, in any type of support, without having to give warning on respect later.
16. The data of the participants will pass to an automated file property of Ronda Hotels, in accordance with the established thing in the legislation of Protection of Personal Character data, and of the policy of privacy of the company, for future promotional and commercial actions of the Company. The access right is put in knowledge of the participants, rectification, and cancellation, and in its case, opposition of the personal data by means of its request to Ronda Hotels.
17. The participation in the drawing implicates the participants declare that they have read and understand the present Basis, what includes the clauses of unloading of responsibility and that they accept to be put under the same ones.
The subscriber declares to have understood and accepted that any damage, death or accident happened by to have illegally used the won reward, or for another specified reason not derived from the present drawing, it will not be in any way responsibility of Ronda Hotels.
18. All the taxes that incur on the rewards, if they existed, they will be exclusive responsibility of the participant.

19. For any controversy the Spanish legislation will be applied.
20. Ronda Hotels does not become in charge of the errors, interruptions, defect, delay of operations or transmissions, robbery, destruction, non authorized access or alterations of the materials of inscriptions of the drawing, or by any incorrect operation, bad transmission or error in receiving any information of Ronda Hotels.
21.Ronda Hotels is neither responsible in charge of the technical errors of traffic, busy signal in any connection to Internet, etc.
Round Hotels reserves the right to disqualify the subscriptions that:
1. They have tried to register by another means non specified by Ronda Hotels.
2. They fail to fulfil the terms and conditions of the drawing.
Before anyone of these performances, Ronda Hotels reserves the right to undertake legal actions.
This drawing is not valid in those places where it is forbidden. All the decisions taken in relation to this drawing are final.
