Ronda Hotels is a pilot Project, impelled in its initial stage by the Council of Tourism, Commerce and Sports of the Government of Andalusia, that it is born with the intention to consolidate a mark already created, Ronda, from the fortification of the local enterprise weave by means of the development of new forms of integration between tourist PYMES.
The departure point of the project is not other that the knowledge of which the tourism is task of all us, and that all the implied agents have to participate in two main targets: in the first place, the beginning of the directed performances to fortify the capacity of attraction of tourist to Ronda; and secondly, to be able to surpass its expectations through the awareness of which all take part, with its different attitudes and benefits, with their different experiences and contacts by which it crosses a tourist when it visits a destiny.
Ronda Hotels has like high-priority objective of its activity trying to obtain that Ronda transmits an own differential scent, guaranteeing its perception by the client. This differentiation only it can make the very great companies, therefore, the only possibility that the PYMES can survive and of guaranteeing its viability and sustainability to means at long and short period is by means of the development of integration formulas of which a good example hopes to be Ronda Hotels.
For the fulillment of our objectives, Ronda Hotels has designed a strategic plan based on two main stages:
First stage:
Investigation phase for the elaboration of a complete inventory of tourist resources of Ronda and its Mountainous area to create an innovating model “client-director” who satisfies the necessities with the new travellers.
Second Stage:
Development of the denominated system “Architecture of distribution by the tourist excellence of Ronda” based on:
• Creation of a Hotel Central Reservation System.
• Implantation of management system Customer Relationship Management.
• Application of the technique of management by Yield Management.
• Electronic distribution of tourist packages.
• Technological integration of the distribution and the system of hotel management used by each one of the participant companies in the project.
• Search of the complete satisfaction of our client. |
