Advantages Terms and condictions of the Program Inscribing formulary Change of Rondeño

Terms and conditions of the Ronda Friends’ program.

1. The Program of fidelity Ronda Friends is property of Ronda Hotels. A physical person could only be holder of the card Ronda Friends. It is essential the presentation of the card for the obtaining of advantages and points. The sale or exchange of any card or profit of the Program is prohibited.

2. You can choose to the offered advantages of Ronda Friends as well as to accumulate points all the physical people who stay over the establishments of Ronda Hotels. Ronda Hotels reserves the right of modify at any time the list of the participant hotels from the Program.

3. In the tariffs of Groups, Vouchers and another’s programs to Ronda Hotels, as well as the stays in hotels exchanging obtained points, the holder will not be able to choose on the advantages of the card Ronda Friends neither he will accumulate points by his room but he will do it for all his extra expenses (except by which they are generated in the assumptions mentioned in the following paragraph).  

4. The holders of the card Ronda Friends will accumulate points by the amount of their bill without IVA. Points by banquets will not be obtained, rent of halls, nor by payment on behalf of clients. Points will not be given by rooms different from those will not occur either from the holder (except minor children stays), nor by stays in hotels non associated to Ronda Hotels.

5. For TT.OO.’s tariffs. (i) Points will be granted with respect to the number of nights/category of the hotel and not of the amount of the bill; (ii) it will not be accumulated points by derived extras from the stay. (iii) Points only will be accumulated by a room; (iv) Points by the occupied rooms by minor children will not be granted.      

6. In the case of not being guest in a participant establishment of the Program, a holder of Ronda Friends will be able to accumulate points by the net amount of his bill in the restaurant of anyone of the mentioned participant establishments in the Program. Points by this concept will be only granted.

7. A guest will be able to benefit from all the advantages of the Program from the moment at which he/she identifies him/herself as holder Ronda Friends with a number of card. Such effect, whenever the holder makes a booking, he/she will have to be identified like so, indicating his/her number of holder in addition he/she will have to display his/her card in Reception at the moment his/her arrival to the hotel. In order to benefit from the advantage “Free Breakfast for the companion” it will be essential to notify it at the time of making the reserve or previous warning in reception the day from the arrival to the hotel and that the companion stay in the same room. The holder will have to pay the breakfast to General Tariff. 

8. For the obtaining and use of the points it will be necessary that the Service of Attention to the Client of Ronda Hotels has the inscription request to the Program properly complimented and signed by the holder.

9. The obtained benefits by the Program Ronda Friends are not compatible nor ACCUMULATIVE to those of other Programs of Fidelity, unless Ronda Hotels determinates the opposite. The points Ronda Friends are not transferable to third people and they only will credit in the account of the holder of the card that has obtained them, independently of the organization that has paid the bill, or own the holder, his company or travel agency. Each holder will be able to have an only account Ronda Friends, reason why any card additional to first that he/she had obtained will be cancelled.

10. The free stays by use of points of Ronda Friends in the participant establishments to the Program are subject to availability of determining fitted of rooms assigned to this Program. The holder will have to call to Ronda Hotels (Central of Reserves of Ronda Hotels) to formalize the booking. Any stay in use of points without previous reserve will not be accepted.

11. Any person different from the holder will be able to enjoy free stays in the participant establishments to the Program, whenever the holder authorizes it, signing a “Authorization of Benefit of Points” and enclosing to same a photocopy of his/her number of Passport.

12. In case that the holder or beneficiary who has carried out a reserve in use of points it does not make effective his/her stay  and does not cancel his/her reserve, before the estimated date of arrival, used rondeños points will not be returned, at the moment making the booking, in his/her account.

13. Ronda Hotels reserves the right to cancel or to change the Program Ronda Friends conditions partially or totally at any time. Ronda Hotels will do all the possible to inform as earliest as possible to the holders of the cards into the cancellation or changes at the Program and, in any case, it will published them into the website www.ronda-hoteles.com. The same one does not take responsibility of the losses or damages caused to the holder by these assumptions. In case of cancellation of the same, all the accumulated points by the holders will be cancelled automatically, without right to indemnification some in favor of the holder of the points. Also, Ronda Hotels reserves the right to cancel the Ronda Friend’s card of any holder in case that him / her makes an inadequate use of the same one. 

  
14. The relation of exchange of Ronda Friends’ points by free stays in the participant hotels to the Program could be at any time reviewed and be modified by Ronda Hotels. 

15. Ronda Hotels does not become person in charge of the correspondence missed or delayed in the mail, nor of the tariffs errors, descriptions or typesetters in the printed material envoy to the holders, and the right is reserved to correct them.

16. The holder has a period of 6 months, from the date of stay, in order to make any claim on the obtaining of points and once passed that period any claim of points will not be admitted.

17. The accounts that remain inactive by a superior period to two years will be cancelled automatically and all the accumulated points will be lost to date. We will understand that an account this inactive one when a holder of the Program, one has not stayed in the establishments adhered to the Program during a period superior than two years.

18. When complimenting the request of inscription of the program Ronda Friends, each holder allows specifically that his data are gathered and treated in a file property of Round Hotels, with address in Marina Street nº 5, with head office in Ronda- Malaga 29400, Spain. 

19. At the moment at which the affiliation to the Program stops Ronda Friends of a determined hotel, no longer rondeños points in this hotel will be able to be accumulated nor to be used and the special supplies will stop being valid in this establishment of automatic form, with no need of which a previous communication to the holders of the card exists.

20. The Terms and Conditions of the Ronda Friends are governed according to the legal norm in this effective matter in Spain and in case of controversy or dispute the Courts jurisdiction of and Court of Malaga will be put under.

21. The Program Ronda Friends is regulated as of this moment by the present conditions, and it is declared specifically that it is annulled any previous regulating norm.

Protection of personal character data

Ronda Hotels is committed to obey the effective legislation in the matter of automated treatment of data and, in particular, statutory law 15/99 of Protection of Personal Character data of December 13th.

Ronda Hotels informs to the Client into which can exert your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition going in writing to the person in charge of the treatment, that it is for all the assumptions:
